this school is a great school if you're looking for a tight, small community for you child. In this school everyone knows everyone and if you ever have trouble with anything there is an abundantly of teachers there to help. The thing Salk is lacking though is an adamant sport abundance and music.

I am a allumi to The Salk School Of Science. I graduated from there 5 years ago. The small population of students at the school help students feel like individuals and help the students get the individual attention they need.

great school! the principal is very professional. The students are very bright. There is a diverse student body. The teachers are extremely committed.

Sound academic programs, including art and physical education. 8th grade science and humanities were taught well. Infusion from NYU MD/PhD programs a plus. Principal and staff superb. No accelerated classes/Regents available however.
