The school acedemically is pretty decent. The college advisors and guidence counselors are very good and are involved with the students. This school is great in the academic field. It's business classes cannot be matched by any other HS in the city. However, there is a behavior problem with some students. Kids come from all over the city to this school and the problem can be controlled with a more strict code of ethics and standards.

Horrible. Teachers never stay, either. There is a huge turnover every year.

This school is a very business oriented school. They offer great opportunities for students to acquire knowledge needed to fit in the business world starting from freshman year. This school is good for financial education, but the building conditions are bad.This school has good behaved students, good teachers, good classroom sizes, ect.

* In 2005-2006 New York used the New York State Regents Examinations to test high school students in English language arts, math, global history and geography, US history and government, living environment, chemistry, earth science, physics and several foreign languages. The results for English language arts, math, living environment, chemistry, earth science and physics are displayed in GreatSchools profiles. Students must take at least five Regents Exams in order to graduate. Scores of 65 and above are passing; scores of 55 and above earn credit toward a local diploma (with the approval of the local board of education). The goal is for all students to pass the tests.
