I am not happy with PS 58. My son has been in the school since 2004. It is ridiculous what they are putting us through to get the education that my child is entitled to!! (OT, PT, Speech, etc..) On top of that the school is so unorganized. The children who take buses are unsupervised and anyone can

I'm not so happy with PS 58 my son has been in this school since Pr-K and ever since this school does not provide after school for those parents who work from 9-5 like me its hard for a parent to look elsewhere when my child school should provide this service. this school is great. p.s.229 cannot compare at all. i strarted in this school in 3rd grade when it first opened and i loved it. the teachers treated you very nicely, you always got gifts, books, and present on christmas and vacatioons. principal tripoli has done a great job. i now have gone to another

* In 2006-2007 New York used the New York State Assessments to test students in grades 3 through 8 in English language arts and math, in grades 4 and 8 in science and in grades 5 and 8 in social studies. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course.
