I have become a better teacher, through the guidance of these four amazing women. Our job is to make sure that our students learn and we go above and beyond our call of duty. This staff and administration cares about and loves all the students. * In 2006-2007 New York used the New York State Assessments to test students in grades 3 through 8 in English language arts and math, in grades 4 and 8 in science and in grades 5 and 8 in social studies. The 2006-2007 results for English language arts are displayed on GreatSchools profiles. Math results will be added after their release by the New York State Education Department. The tests are standards-based, which means they measure how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of New York. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course.
