1. search keywords in the property description (e.g. hardwood, granite, garage, fixer, etc.)
2. search by street to see all homes for sale on a particular street (e.g. main st); for better results use the street abbreviations, (e.g. ave, st, blvd)
3. search by MLS id; just enter the MLS number and we will show you the specific home you are looking for
4. To search for the exact phrase put quotes around the phrase (e.g. "remodeled kitchen")
5. To exclude certain properties, place a minus sign in front of the word (e.g. hardwood AND -carpet)
6. To include certain properties, place a plus sign in front of the word (e.g. +hardwood)
